2. Data Protection & M&A Confidentiality

Due to the sensitive nature of digital acquisitions, all data submitted to RavBal is immediately placed under strict internal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We do not share your traffic, revenue, or strategic data with any third parties or prospective buyers without your explicit, written consent and a counter-signed NDA from the verified buyer.

3. Data Retention

We retain your confidential business information only for as long as necessary to complete the M&A transaction. Should you decide not to proceed with an acquisition, you may request the immediate deletion of your financial models and access credentials.

We use standard session cookies to improve your experience on our site. We do not sell your browsing data to advertising networks.
